I’m John Roberts, one of the proud owners of Roberts & Roberts Tax & Accounting, LLC.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started this company to help individuals and businesses better understand taxes and how accounting can help them. I have practiced accounting for a little over forty years. My experience has allowed me to successfully learn the tax and accounting procedures applicable to people and businesses.

The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting prospective clients and finding out how I can improve their financial situation. While providing clients with my expertise, I try to perform a concise job and do it with regularity and fair pricing.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honest accounting and professional tax work. I attribute my success to wonderful clients and the hard work I put in each day. I once helped a woman who thought she owed thousands of dollars and showed her that she actually had a $10,000.00 plus refund coming her way. Seeing people's relief with outcomes like this let me know I'm in the right line of work.

This job has given me immense satisfaction over the years. However, in this time, I have noticed that tax laws have become more complex. Until Congress gets down to revamping the tax laws, we will have to keep up with the changes. In the meantime, managing taxes will continue to be a challenge for people with limited to no knowledge about how the tax system works.

When I am not at work, I love to ride my motorcycle, go fishing, and camping with my family. Having two daughters who are deaf and diagnosed with down syndrome, has made me more attuned to the needs of mentally disabled adults. I am very interested in my daughters’ safety and happiness, so I do my part by helping anyone with similar conditions.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
